Andrija Puharich: An incredible but absolutely true scene took place when Uri Geller was working on one floor at Stanford Research Institute (SRI). They had Geller bending metal, teleporting things,demonstrating incidents of telepathy and clairvoyance-these things were happening all of the time. Well, unbeknownst to us at the time, there was another lab upstairs for ARPA-a computer network system. Somebody put two and two together and said: “Hey, there’s a crazy kid downstairs who is bending metal and levitating things.” So they cross-correlated and discovered that when Uri did something the computers would go wacko: program printouts would pop out - sometimes partly erased --- the power supply would go out on them and so on. “Somebody can affect the computer!” Panic ensued. A squad of colonels came out from Washington to sniff around and watch Uri do his thing. They came to me and said, “You know, our whole defense system is on computers and magnetic tapecards. Can this guy wipe them out? Would you cooperate?” So we took Geller to Bell Labs and to the Livermore Radiation Lab and they put together an elaborate set-up for magnetic shielding. They learned that he could wipe out anything on computer tape. They said to me, “This guy could start World War 3!”

The SRI incident was witnessed by a lot of very credible people. Captain Edgar Mitchell, the APOLLO astronaut who walked on the moon, was the overseer of the project. Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff conducted the experiments. Also participating on the team were John Hastead of Berbeck College in England; David Bohm, the great theoretician of Quantum physics, andNobel Laureate Brian Josephson. There were about 40 people on the team.

Later the Secret Service came to me and asked if Geller could activate the HotLine between Moscow and Washington. I said, “I think he could but I don’t think he cares to. You’d have to pay him to do so.” They said they would then consider him a “Higher Intelligence.”

In 1995, a leading pioneer in the study of human consciousness, American physician/scientist, Dr. Andrija Puharich, died at his home in North Carolina, USA.

He was a man shrouded in mystery and controversy. Dr. Puharich researched and tested psychedelics long before Timothy Leary. His first book The Sacred Mushroom (pub. 1959) was a catalyst for many to enter this field of research, and was followed in 1962 by Beyond Telepathy.

On December 31st, 1952, through an Indian teacher who was visiting the USA, Dr. Puharich first made contact with The Nine, a group of high beings who have had a long and direct involvement with humanity’s evolution. After that gifted medium, Dr. Vinod, died, Puharich was saddened and disappointed that his connection with The Nine was over. But he continued to research mediums in hopes that someday he would make contact again.

In the early 70’s, Dr. Puharich met and worked with the Israeli, Uri Geller, famous world-wide for his spoon bending demonstrations. He soon recognized the possible influence of The Nine in Uri’s work and insights, and Dr. Puharich published a book on Geller in 1974. There would be, soon afterward, further contact with The Nine.

Andrija (Henry Karl) Puharich was a visionary U.S. scientist, a medical doctor-turned-researcher extraordinaire. Among the many projects that he undertook during his unusual career was to find a way to efficiently decompose water into clean-burning fuel.

His motive in doing so was to preserve a healthy atmosphere. As a physician, he was well aware of the harmful effects of fossil fuel pollution. This quintessential all-one 5th force is nothing new, it is avidly described in the primordial semantics at the germination of history, in the Rg Veda (with parts based on the Sarasvati valley seals of 11,000 years antiquity) — and called Akasa, or Aether, the force that unifies all fields and apparent ‘parts’ today called ‘particles’.

However, already a good 20 years before Dr. Santilli’s objective identification and harnessing of the hadronic 5th force, the virtually urecognised, and utterly pioneering scientist, Dr. Andrija Puharich (a man with some 70 patents behind him), appears to identify the hadronic 5th force, and associates it with consciousness.

The authers demonstrate Dr. Puharich as creator of the “Round Table of 9” groups within the early CIA, already in 1950.

This well before the declassified CIA’s SRI scientific remote viewing projects under Ingo Swann. Which NSA and Navel Intelligence Officer, Dr. Hal Puthoff, relates as being only 2% of the remaining classified clandestine (above top secret) remote viewing projects and operations, not only by the CIA, but by the much more powerful and reality effecting National Security Agency (NSA) — with psychics, electromagnetic shielded cages, psychedelic and psychic catalysing molecules, scalar ELF electromagnetics, neuro-cybernetic protocols, and new technology (Dr H. By the late 1970s, Dr. Puharich (who had brought the spoon bending and subsequent millionaire psychic, Uri Geller, to the west), had rounded up some of the most remarkable new generation of children (whom we call the Platinum Children), that exhibited extraordinary PSI capabilities, which were generally catalysed after seeing Uri Geller bending spoons on television. A new generation that utilised nature’s 5th force, the Hadron/Akasa Unified Field.

Many of these children claimed regular contact with extraterrestrials, and displayed knowledge of 6 dimensional algebra at the age of 6 (presented to Dr’s J. Sarfetti and Dr. P. Sirag )… Star Trek author, Gene Rodenberry too had a high interest in these children. And in his many interviews with them gained fields of inspiration, seeded with the ideas that would become embedded within the foundation of many of his Star Trek concepts (The Gods Of Aquarius, UFOs and the Transformation of Man, Brad Steiger; Harcourt Brace Jovanovich New Yorkby Brad Steiger. Dr. Puharich was one of the very first persons to publically show the DNA tests of this next generation of Platinum Children utilsing the 5th element of creation, showing clear evidence of their genetic mutation in harbouring a tripple helical DNA strand arrangement (without any sign of cancer. Other public science papers that followed years later, by and large, only presented the triple helix phenomenon as a form of cancer, or fibreosis).

These children, in the late 1970s also had such a strong unifying ELF field (8hz) coming from their hands, that the signature remained measureable in water months later (Dr. A. Puharich, Magnetic Model of Matter And Mind: Physical Foundation Of Information And Action Transfer In The Healing Process. Temple University Conference. April 15th 1988. Pp 2). This Field was identified as the Universal Intelligence unifying field.

Dr. Puharich, aparently unaware of some of the much higher Oligarchical power interests that infested the US Intelligence Agencies highest ranks, had rounded up these extraordinary mutating children that claimed ETI contact as central to their powers — many of them were to become some of the highest trained CIA, NSA, and Navel Intelligence Officers (and more clandestine agencies, such as those under the NSC 5412/2 Committee of the Majority [MAJI, and MJ12]), heading Remote Viewing projects and operations at the highest above top secret positions of the intelligence world.

It appears that within the almost extinct papers published by Dr. Puharich, he has buried the secret science which reveals that consciousness can totally and utterly transform our body, the natural laws of physics, and alter the universe at large… With and without technology… a science of what the Vedas call Maha Siddhi — forms of “super” power, which are part of the natural universe, via the 5th force (we shall be presenting this science, old, new, numinous and novel, ahead).

Such phenomenon as telepathy, teleportation, levitation, bilocation, dematerialisation, are identified by the simple principles of the hadronic All-One Unified Force.

We shall now quote extensively from his papers, and reocord this for the public domain (in these “dark ages” for all true and actual science, overt for humanity. And not clandestine for the military industrial complex undisclosed minority privvy to the “need to know” [above top secret], security clearances, required in ventures that deal with actual science, and not the religeous patchwork that is thrown to the public at large).

We also make referrences to modern hadronic physics, and quote from our ETI/OTI contacts during the 1980s on this hadronic 5th Force, the Aether, or Etheric, All-One Field that the ancients called Akasa.

THE UNIVERSAL HEART-MIND: THE UNIFIED 5TH FORCE DISCOVERED

That Dr. Puharich is clearly referring to the hadron par se, is made clear in his 1988 paper Magnetic Model of Matter And Mind: Physical Foundation Of Information And Action Transfer In The Healing Process, some 10 years before Dr. Santilli’s uncovering of the 5th force.

Here, he is illustrating that the Magnetic Monopole (MM) and its anti-MM, embedded within the protons compossited at the atomic nucleus (from which 8hz ELF fields that induce healing, and many of the psychic PSI phenomenon — as emanations of the so called PSI Particles), are in fact the product of a the multi-dimensional nature of the All-One Hadron:

“We believe that MM and MM have been found in a hadron existing in a 26-dimensional state. It is believed that MM and MM carry all the biological information to create life, organise life for growth and repair, and to maintain health.”

They met again by chance on the train to New York on February 14, 1952. When Andrija apologized for not getting in touch with him, Dr. Vinod replied that destiny had brought them together at the proper time. Asked if he would be willing to come to Maine to participate in the telepathy experiments, Dr. Vinod expressed the desire to first meet Andrija again within two days in New York. At that time Dr. Vinod asked Andrija’s permission to hold his right ring finger at the middle joint with his right thumb and index finger. He said that he used this form of contact with a person to read his past and future. He did this for about one minute, whistling between his teeth as though he were trying to find a pitch. Then he leaned back, and for an hour told Andrija’s life story with utter precision. “His accuracy about the past was extraordinary,” according to Andrija.

It was to be ten months before Dr. Vinod would come to the Round Table. When he entered the great hall, a curious thing happened. Without saying a word or even taking off his overcoat, he walked straight to the library as if he had been there before. He sat down on a sofa and immediately went into a trance.

Then, at exactly 9 p.m., a deep sonorous voice came out of his mouth, totally unlike his own high-pitched, soft voice, saying in perfect English without an accent:

“M calling: We are Nine Principles and Forces, personalities if you will, working in complete mutual implication. We are forces, and the nature of our work is to accentuate the positive, the evolutional, and the teleological aspects of existence. By teleology I do not mean the teleology of human derivation in a multidimensional concept of existence. Teleology will be understood in terms of a different ontology. To be simple, we accentuate certain directions as will fulfill the destiny of creation. We propose to work with you in some essential respects with the relation of contradiction and contrariety. We shall negate and revise part of your work, by which I mean the work as presented by you. The point is that we want to begin altogether at a different dimension, though it is true that your work has itself led up to this. I deeply appreciate your dedicatedness to the great cause of peace, which is fulfillment of finitesimal existence. Peace is not warlessness. Peace is the integral fruitage of personality. We have designed to utiise you and thus to fulfill you. Peace is a process and will be revealed only progressively. You have it in plenty; I mean the patience that is so deeply needed in this magnificent adventure. But today, at the moment of our advent, the most eventful and spectacular phase of your work begins.

Puharich made claims about Project Penguin on Geraldo’s old talk show back in 1987.

According to Puharich himself, it was around this time that he was spotted by the intelligence agencies as a
potential asset. Puharich claimed he became involved with a “Project Penguin”, a project whose existence
has been denied by its sponsor. Project Penguin allegedly got underway in 1948, a Navy exercise that ran for
some years. Its scope: to test individuals set to possess “psychic powers”. In charge of the project was
Rexford Daniels, this according to a statement made by Puharich on the Geraldo Rivera show on October 2,
1987. A Rexford Daniels did indeed exist and owned a company that in the 1970s must have attracted the
attention of Puharich as the company did research into an area in which Puharich was a world-renowned
expert at the time: how proliferating electromagnetic emissions interfere with one another and may work
harmful environmental effects on man.

However, it is only Puharich who has spoken about Penguin and even though there is no logical reason why
he would lie about that episode of his life, it is not substantiated at present by other material. Still, whether
Puharich worked for the Navy or not is not that important. It is a fact that he himself started to become the
magnet that attracted the world’s most notorious psychics. The only question is whether it was pure selfinterest,
or whether the Navy was asking him to meet these people. Still, one of the more notorious of these
individuals, Peter Hurkos, was brought to the US by a man with a background in Naval intelligence. So at the
very least, the Navy did help Puharich… and we need to wonder why they did so much for what was, in
essence, a psychic, for which there was no official interest.

Relating to John Hays Hammond, Jr., is the secret project that
Puharich claimed got underway in 1948, Project Penguin.

This, he avowed, was a Navy undertaking which ran a number of
years. Its purpose was to test individuals said to possess
“psychic powers.” The project was headed by a man named Rexford
Daniels.

Puharich made this startling claim on the Geraldo Rivera show on
October 2, 1987. When challenged, he promised to send proof of
his allegation to another guest on the show, Marcello Truzzi, who
was in his usual role of open-minded skeptic. According to
Truzzi, the proof was never sent him.

The Navy flat out denies that it has any records at all of a
Project Penguin. Even an appeal, on my part, to the Judge
Advocate General produced no results. “Never heard of it,” is
more or less the response back.

The research papers, letters, etc. of John Hays Hammond, Jr. are
now at Yale University. Queries to them regarding correspondence
between John Hays Hammond, Jr. and Andrija Puharich have likewise
produced negative results. This is puzzling. There should have
been at least one memorandum according to an article in the
International Journal of Neuropsychiatry is which Puharich wrote,
“In 1950 I sent a memorandum to Mr. John Hays Hammond, Jr. of
Gloucester, Mass., outlining the plan of an experimental
technique.”

It was the night before the first Birkbeck test of Uri Geller. Brendan was visibly nervous. He asked me to go with him to see the Soviet science fiction film Solaris. Brendan had mentioned that Olaf Stapeldon’s science fiction story Star Maker, about a time traveling super-intelligence, was based upon real experiences that a high member of British Intelligence had in the nineteen thirties. The big day arrived. Arthur C. Clarke was there with a high official from Rolls Royce. Arthur Koestler was also there along with John Hasted, David Bohm and a few others. These events have been described by Martin Gardner and I will not discuss them here. What happened after the tests is more important. If I remember correctly, Brendan and I went with Uri to his hotel room where I met Andrija Puharich, Sir John Whitmore and, perhaps, Ira Einhorn. I could be wrong about Einhorn. I startled Uri by asking him if he could trigger a nuclear weapon by psychokinesis. I later found out from Ron Mc Rae that some of our intelligence people were greatly concerned about that possibility. I may have initiated that concern because I had mentioned it several times to large groups of people at several meetings.

I was back in Paris several weeks later with Sharon. Fred Wolf said: “Jack, I’m going to introduce you to a man who will change your life.” Fred took me and Sharon to the swank Ritz Hotel. We waited in the lobby and a guy who looked like Richard Gere in a jump suit walks in with a woman. He says: “Hi, I’m Werner Erhard.” I had never heard of the guy. I said, “What do you do?” Werner replied: “I make people happy.” I thought, “Why am I wasting time with this yo yo?” and, hoping to make a quick exit, said in a sassy Damon Runyon manner, “Oh yeah, I think you must be some kind of an asshole!” Werner’s face became positively radiant and he cracked a Mephistophelian smile embraced me saying: “I will give you money when you come to San Francisco.” I was taken aback by an unexpected offer I could not refuse. I was under contract with E.P. Dutton by then and was planning to go to Chicago to finish Space-Time and Beyond at Bob Toben’s place. Werner then outlined his plan for me to set up a sort of Ghost Busters team of physicists to research psychic phenomena and in his words “the physics of consciousness”. Werner said that he was very interested in physics and that he wanted me and Fred Wolf to tutor him and his “trainers”.

We flew to New York. Sharon and I spent a few days with Uri Geller, Ira Einhorn, Bob Toben, Sir John Whitmore and Andrija Puharich at Puharich’s large house in Ossining. Puharich gave me his book URI. I did not have time to read it but I gave it to my mother in Brooklyn a few days later. My mother was reading the book when she suddenly exclaimed: “Jacky Jacky this is what happened to you!” “What happened to me? What are you talking about Ma?” “The computer in the flying saucer that called you on the telephone when you were a little boy. Don’t you remember when you got all those phone calls?” An electric shock went through me - I only remember one phone call. “What do you mean phone calls? I only got one call.” “No you didn’t! Jacky what’s the matter with you? You got three weeks of these crazy calls. You were on the phone for hours at a time walking around glassy-eyed. I got worried and grabbed the phone away from you. I said ‘Who is this? Why are you calling my son?’ I heard that voice. It said it was a computer. It wanted you to come back to the telephone. I said ‘Don’t you call back here again!’ and hung up and that was that.” Not even a super-technological conscious computer on board a flying saucer from the future can argue with an irate Jewish Mother!
