The title should probably hook you: “The Actual Plan for the Matrix: Incommensurability, Harmonic Resonance, and the Religion of Technology.” This is not a total endorsement, of course....especially since Drew often soars several miles over my head, and this is just a synopsis of his work.

However, it’s highly interesting material.

3) In 1936, Dr. [Oliver] Reiser, introduced and promoted the concept of “radio-eugenics” in the scientific Journal of Heredity. This entails applications of radiation for evolution. In 1945 Dr. Reiser was impressed by think tank founder Julius Stulman’s article called “Applied Energy to Social Relations.” In the 1965 publication of “Cosmic Humanism” that is highly praised by Stulman’s Institute for Integrative Education, the concept of radio-eugenics is promoted in synthesis with the concept of nondual harmonic resonance.

Dr. Reiser states that we learned from Hiroshima and Nagasaki that not only does radiation cause massive destruction but that even those who survive “the baptism by fire” have children with severe birth defects. He then states that unfortunately that is how evolution works and that hopefully with the proper applied harmonic resonance of radiation then a new human society and a new “World Sensorium” will be achieved.

The “World Sensorium” of Dr. Reiser is based on utilizing the radiation of the ionosphere, amplifying it with high technology, and applying it globally to cause mutations. The effect is to achieve not only a higher dimensional reality but to harness the zero-point energy.

Regardless, as Hempel continues to make his case, he got my undivided attention:

5) In 1975 Dr. Reiser publishes “Cosmic Humanism and World Unity” (Gordon and Beech) as part of a series for the World Institute. This book calls the plan for the World Sensorium, “The Matrix” several times and states that, in concept, it is closest to H.G. Well’s 1936 proposal for a “World Brain” to the Freemasonic Royal Institute for International Affairs the source for the Council of Foreign Relations. H.G. Wells was not just a science fiction writer, he was the head of British secret intelligence during World War One and he was the mouthpiece for the global elite policy makers. The World Brain was inspired by the NeoPlatonitic concept of the Matrix outlined by Professor John Ruskin, a favorite source of inspiration for the Royal Institute of International Affairs.

6) Dr. Reiser states that his main collaborator in creating “the Matrix” is Dr. Andrija Puharich. Dr. Puharich has been recently exposed as a top CIA funded mind control scientist focusing on higher dimensions and a high level Theosophist by Dr. Jacque Vallee (1974) and by Clive Prince and Lynn Picknett (1998). Both Puharich and Reiser called for the creation for a new techno-spirituality global religion. Dr. Puharich called the plan for the Matrix, “Psi-Plasma.”

He described the NeoPlatonic Harmony of the Spheres that, as elaborated by Reiser, includes artificial intelligence, zero-point energy, techno-samadhi, biological holograms, plasma and lasers, galatic manipulation of higher dimensions. Dr. Reiser explictly describes the evolution of the Matrix by stating that the Earth is an egg and in the egg is an embryo. The embryo feeds off the humans, animals and plants, as the ectoderm and entoderm of the egg, in order to create the new World Mother or the Matrix, the Sub-Stance or Psi-Plasma of Nondualism. Again unfortunately, according to this plan, most of humanity and the environment are seen as necessary costs to developing the next level of evolution.

7) Dr. Puharich was the main promoter of an elite nondualist secret society based on the Council of Nine—a higher dimensional ennead that are considered to be aspects of the Nondual God and to be sources of higher intelligence. This Council of Nine is traced back to ancient India and ancient Egypt (see Prince and Picknett’s “The Stargate Conspiracy” and Jacque Bergier’s “Morning of the Magicians"). Central to the Council of Nine’s secret knowledge is the connection between music theory, geometry, algebra and higher dimensional reality. As documented in “The Stargate Conspiracy,” many prominent policy makers and society elite have been part of the promotion of the secret Council of Nine, including Gene Rodenberry, Al Gore, and Senator Clairborne Pell.

By the way, if the bit about HG Wells seems like paranoid fantasy, I assure you that it’s “actuator failure.” I learned that handy phrase working at a copy shop—90% of all industrial or technological mistakes and accidents are caused by “actuator failure”—human mistakes.  It’s a polite term so you could talk about your customers, in front of your customers.  A lot of the problems we dealt with were not a matter of mechanical error, but “actuator failure.”

HG Wells was much more than a “science fiction writer.”

Assumptions of Pantheistic Religion, Based on the Belief in an Impersonal God

I. God is not a personality distinct from nature. Deity refers to an indwelling spirit or field of influence inter-woven with the visible physical universe. Behind the phenomena of nature which man investigates by way of his senses there lies a universal, real substratum which is open to human intelligence. This substratum, as it is termed in A. E. Miln’s cosmology, I shall designate as the Harmonic Base - borrowing a term from Mr. F. L. Kunz.

II. The universe - the space-time-energy world in its totality - is eternal and uncreated. But within the cosmic continuum we find creation still taking place in local areas and on all levels of “matter,” “life,” and “mind. Miracles and special providences, however, do not occur. There are no uniquely “revealed” religions, and the belief in the “verbal inspiration” of the Bible is false.

III. The universe is one, interrelated and dependable. Nature works according to uniform, predictable patterns which make possible the discovery of what man calls “laws of nature.”

His riff on evil is interesting and more than a tad bit creepy, at least to this semi-autonomous meaning-generating biological organism:

Evil in man is the enemy of the unification of experience, just as evil in society is that which obstructs social synthesis.

A world organized around the concept of man-at his best as the being of supreme value in the universe and man-at his-worst as the most ignoble thing in nature would be a significant social experiment. In such a world, man’s endless capacity for self-evolution would be directed toward the achievement of new freedoms. The divinity in man would no longer be crushed by organized churchianity. And the god-in-man would be recognized as nothing other than the endless striving toward the future goal of wholeness which, in the visible world, is the space-time-energy unity of nature.

Interesting quotes from Mothership:

(WIRED, March 2007, “Mixed Feelings, See with your tongue. Navigate with your skin. Fly by the seat of your pants (literally). How researchers can tap the plasticity of the brain to hack our 5 senses — and build a few new ones,” by Sunny Bains). As the article states: “There’s a reasonably well-accepted sixth sense (or fifth and a half, at least) called proprioception. A network of nerves, in conjunction with the inner ear, tells the brain where the body and all its parts are and how they’re oriented.”

Animals are the Entoderm and Plants are the Ectoderm of the EGG—resources to be used for the development of the World Brain.  The human race is the neuroblasts (embryonic nerve cells) of the World Brain or World Sensorium.

From radioactive “harmonic” mutations, guided by the Logos Field or Cosmic Imagination, humans will evolve, whereby they will be merged into a paranormal reality beyond space-time. “It was suggested that we might create and utilize an artificial ion blanket.” (p. 453) This is now a reality through Project Haarp, the huge ionosphere control project in Alaska.

Thought-belts of the planetary cortex control the DNA-RNA—“the program of the integration of knowledge concerning the cosmos from top to bottom.” (p. 47) “Organizing fields of energy as guiding agencies” (p. 34)

The actual Matrix plan is coordinated by Freemasons. Dr. Reiser’s associates included Major J. K. DeLoach, a mysterious civil engineer who promoted the connection between the great eye of the pyramid (seen on the dollar bill) and resonant energy-information. DeLoach specialized in studying ancient Egypt and India. Reiser relied on Dr. Herman Von Baravalle, a mathematician who specialized in Ancient Egyptian and esoteric math. Another associate was Dr. Royal Frye, the nuclear physicist at Boston University who, besides writing standard text books, specialized in the connection between harmonic energy-information and radiation. He conducted his studies with Esther Watson Tipple, daughter of Thomas A. Watson, coworker with Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone. Watson revealed his Freemason inclinations in a monograph entitled From Electrons to God.

The Actual Matrix Plan, Cosmic Humanism and World Unity, was written in close collaboration with CIA mind control scientist Dr. Andrija Puharich who also worked with UNESCO founding director Julian Huxley. Current quantum chaos transhumanist Dr. Ervin Laszlo edited the World Institute publication of the actual Matrix plan. Dr. James Hurtak, who worked with Dr. Andrija Puharich, has been a promoter of the Nine, the Pythagorean Tetrad of ancient Egyptian extraterrestials supposedly channeled for CIA consultation. James Hurtak is continuing Puharich’s mind control E.L.F. research through Project Haarp, the huge ionosphere control project in Alaska. Hurtak, according to Dan Eden’s (or Gary Vey of http://viewzone.com) meeting with James Hurtak about Project HAARP, works with the Pentagon directly through the Defense Intelligence Agency.

What will the New Human be like according to the World Institute? There will be a “heart-head synthesis.” There will be Cosmic Consciousness—the ability to hear and see with the whole body. There will be the ability to communicate with intelligent beings of the universe. Cosmic Imagination (the Unified Field Theory) becomes moral in “man” as the Inner Messiah (p. 45) Reality will exist in a higher dimension than the fourth dimension. The phenomena of super-light phase wave speeds are possible.

The Nerve Nets of the New Human will be integrated into One Great Circuit — a condition Dr. Reiser compares to the state of Samadhi in yoga. Consciousness will be in higher dimensions guided by the Logos Field and senses will be psychic. The leaders need to “exploit the possibilities of such action currents of thought.” Nodes of overlapping waves—superlight waves—show group waves where to go and their product is light and matter. Magnetic fields are the ganglia of the World Brain. (p. 55)

The actual Matrix plan is the inherent structural drive of the musical-mathematical spiral being quantified into a circle by Plato. The music logarithmic spiral is the basis for resonance science and is applied to genetics, chemistry, physics, astronomy, etc. throughout the work of Dr. Reiser.

Top ivy-league scientists published technospiritual academic research for the theosophist journal, started by Fritz Kuntz, Main Currents in Modern Thought. One of their top writers was Yale physicist Henry Margenau (see “Negotiating the Boundaries of Science and Religion: The Case of Henry Margenau,” in Zygon, Volume 34 Issue 1, March 1999 by William A. Durbin). Here’s how the Union of International Associations (1976) describes Julius Stulman’s role: The World Institute Council, largely through its president, Julius Stulman, has contributed since 1949 to a number of activities associated with integrative education, such as the journal Main Currents in Modern Thought, and more recently the Institute’s own journal Fields within Fields within Fields. The World Institute, proposed in 1949, is envisaged as a scientific institute devoted to research and action for the integrated human and economic development of the world.”

Such New Age luminaries launched by Main Currents in Modern Thought include Dr. Jose Arguelles (who went back forth to the University of Chicago (Platonist stronghold) and was teaching at Princeton in 1967 where the World Institute was chartered), Dr. Fritjof Capra, Ken Wilber, and Willis Harman, author of the CIA-Freemason-S.R.I. report, “Changing Man’s Future.”

The recent revelation that Kepler murdered Tycho Brahe is not what people should be concerned about when they ponder the Great White Fathers that have brought us the all-knowing truth which we call science.

Instead we should consider the following comment from Morris Kline in his definite three-volume Oxford U Press book: Mathematical Thought.

“Kepler (and Desargues) regarded the two ‘ends’ of the line as meeting at ‘infinity’ so that the line has the structure of a circle. In fact Kepler actually thought of a line as a circle with its center at infinity.” (p. 290)

If one really ponders this concept it’s either fucked up and/or down right mystical. In fact this circle-line-infinity conflagration first made a sensation in the West through the Pythagorean rationalist Nicholas de Cusa who also promoted the Heliocentric Model—in the 15th Century. Nicholas of Cusa was amazingly a priest and he argued that God was a circle with a circumference nowhere and a center everywhere.

Also:

The “father” of the University of Minnesota, John Pillsbury, was in Skull and Bones, the most powerful freemason secret society that runs Yale University, as documented by Anthony Sutton. Cargill, another Minnesota-based freemason family empire, dominates global commodity mercantilism in 100 countries but makes no move without consulting Rockefeller’s Chase-Manhattan bank. Not even the U.S. Congress knows what Cargill does. Over 300 businesses pursue “science” at the University of Minnesota by making tax-deductible donations that control the guidelines and results of “objective” research. The students and taxpayers blindly cover almost all the costs, including the salaries of the corporate-controlled scientists.

Bear in mind this is published in 1946, and Changing Images came out in 1974.

Today man’s conception of man is undergoing a major change. Out of the new concept of man will emerge the archetypal idea that will shape our new culture.  In the world that is now in process, man is learning to think of himself, not in egoistic terms as an absolute entity, but as part of a single, planetary being, with the human race developing as the tip-end of the vast brain-nerve system of animate nature.  Subtly united with his cosmic environment, man is moving on towards higher biological-social integration in which radio and television appears as precusors of the circulatory process of the emerging organism.  Such is, perhaps, the new concept of man that man is framing for himself.

This conception not only lends a novel dimension to reality—it presents us also with a unique conception of the meaning of history.  According to the view we have sketched, the meaning of history is to be found in the onward and upward planetary spiral towards the appearance of something completely new in social evolution: the development of a specific organ of civilization for mobilizing our energies and unifying social purposes.  The biological forerunner of this collective organ for recieving from and dispensing to one and all is the central nervous system in individual organisms.  Just as the cereberal cortex is the vehicle of the master reaction which regulates the diverse and otherwise conflicting biological reactions, so if we are to achieve a similar global strategy for all mankind we shall have to evolve a seat of intellectual-social dominance—a WORLD BRAIN—to harmonize our multifarious economic-political-cultural activities.

We seriously propose that Humanity must become in very fact a biological-social entity.  When we consider this organism-to-be in relation to a developing World Plan it is as though one were “seeing double”—as though two sets of global planning were going on at the same time, one subjective and the other objective.  These two are in no sense antagonistic—on the contrary, they are supplementary.  The first is a matter of developing an intuition or feeling of the biological unity of mankind, and the second is a matter of translating this intuition of the oneness of humanity into a global-social reality.

We stress the fact that these two types of global planning must be carried on simultaneously, the ultimate goal being their convergence towards coalescence.  At present each marches to its own type of synthesis, the one type of planning, the subjective-emotional-ideological, having for it’s goal a psychological-ethical harmony of the head and heart, and the other, the objective planning, aiming at the social-cultural unity of a global or world civilization.

Both types of planning, subjective-inner and objective-outer, must proceed together, step by step and side by side.

This idea of a global culture is the single biggest idea in the human mind today.  To elaborate such a plan we must evoke groups of individuals capable of visualizing this new approach to world problems.  If they can discover how to work with the best of our scientists, they can then span the gap between the vast, emotionally illuminated, subjective global group and the objective, intelligent and tireless outer world government.

Echoes of a World Institute
Purpose and Outcome

AMONG THE FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSES and assured outcomes of the World Institute will be the enlargement and strengthening growth of that community of free men who understand and work for the continuing evolution of mankind. Such a community does, in the early stages, now exist, though not all of its members knows of each others existence; and the ways of working together, for the most part, have still to be put into effect. These are the men who see beyond our differences and conflicts to the common needs and desires that can unite the human race: the men who, fully aware of our propensity for hatred and folly, see also our capacities for love and reason and who work to strengthen those capacities for love and reason among all men through out the world.

These are an unseen fellowship of people who make a meaningful affirmation of life - not in response to ritualistic indoctrination by some fading orthodoxy but out of their own individual and shared struggle - to be whole, growing and responsible human beings. Such people live in every quarter of the globe. That fellowship embraces Muslims, Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus and open skeptics. They wear every conceivable national costume and every shading of skin pigmentation. They adhere to widely divergent political and economic ideologies, but they share a growing if often concealed conviction that our past and contemporary ideologies have become obsolete. Quite specifically, they exist in eastern Europe, in the Soviet Union, and in communist China, as well as in the rest of Europe and Asia, in Africa and the Americas.

Such a community of free men will not create a new conventional mass movement. They will not plot against their governments or betray their national or cultural heritage, though they see that their ultimate loyalty is to mankind, not to a narrow, possessive and aggressive nationalism. They will resist the temptation to define a new orthodoxy, for they know that inherent in the social universe are forces of restless, endless change. They will rather seek to understand the processes of change in order to utilize those forces for carrying out positive purposes and for shaping a pattern of continuing, constructive evolution.

Only in this present age the global, if still small, character of this community has been discovered. Only just now, with the aid of the complex technology available to us, this community of free, broadly competent and responsible men could be brought into meaningful communication with one another. But once they have been provided with a broadly acceptable vehicle through which to work together, they can help support that new leadership that the whole world needs. Only in this age, haunted by the hydrogen bomb, has the incentive for world-wide cooperative growth and development come to have an urgent reality. Only now have we come to see clearly that the world must have a new social facility it never had before. Only now do we know that such a facility can be created.

Inevitably, there are present and potential barriers to the enlargement of this community and to the fullest and productive use of its members. We still have to contend with wars and threats of war, with racial hatred, religious antagonism, political fanaticism. The World Institute, backed by a widely dispersed and influential community of the competent and the concerned, must discover solutions to those conflicts. As other attempts to find solutions, particularly attempts based on the use of force, prove futile, we have an opportunity never before given to man to make obsolete those traditional social mechanisms out of which so much evil and injustice have come.

Some will find it difficult to accept this perception of the future. Spokesmen for various orthodoxies will say that such a dream can be realized only after all the world will have come under the sway of Communism, or western-style democracy, or some kind of religion. However, such a unification by religion or ideology is, for the imaginable future, out of the question. Any serious effort to achieve such a unification of the world will produce world disaster. Increasingly, even some of the devoutly orthodox have come, if reluctantly, to accept this fact. The practical solution lies not in that direction, nor in the direction of any centrally controlled uniformity, but in the direction of creating the instrumentality and the methodology of a noncoercive, nondoctrinaire World institute, which would undertake to serve people and nations of many different kinds, in peace and in freedom, and to promote ongoing programs of international intercultural cooperation.
