Heads Up: Brainsturbator’s Paul Laffoley Gallery
It’s here, it’s huge, get used to it. Here at Brainsturbator Dot Com, we are seriously obsessive about the art and philosophy of Paul Laffoley. This gallery began as a backup of the Kent Gallery’s Catalog Raisonne, but we’ve been enhancing it further with:
1. Huge Scans and Enlargements of Many Paintings
2. Relevant Quotes from Paul’s Writing and Interviews
3. Resources for Further Research
Our ultimate goal is, of course, a digitized library of Laffoley that you can download onto your computer and keep as a permanent backup. With net neutrality in dispute --- and the legality of this very collection up in the air --- there is a certain time-based imperative to get this information into the hands of as many Power Mutants as possible. ENJOY THE MEAL: WE WELCOME SUGGESTIONS.
There is no further content in this post --- it’s just a heads-up.

@fadereu I was pretty compelled by that take when I first head it -- Pangea makes way more sense, for instance.
New digs, finally. Unpacking and drinking beer and dancing around to Talking Heads. Office doesn't arrive until Monday, but LIGAF. Heaven.

Thai Lemongrass Soup is The Clarifier. Any time I feel tired, I take a chug of the broth and I get lucid + focused very quick-like.

@mathpunk More. It's an existential issue for the human species. There will be a conservative environmental movement when it gets worse.
@mathpunk But actually having a partisan pro wrestler brand himself onto the whole debate is a whole order of magnitude worse, I think.
Gore 1) politicized a global issue, 2) focused on the least important problem, and 3) appointed himself the Poster Boy for the rest of us.
I think Al Gore is probably the single worst thing to happen to the environmental movement in the past 50. #DISCUSS
