Crop Circles 4: Into the Weird

+ expand info  //  view thread  //  11 responses  //  print article

Chilbolton face Arecibo crop signsCrop Circles are a lot more comfortable when you don’t know much about them.  For most people, crop circles are either a genuine contact with ET intelligence, or a prank on gullible hippies.  The facts are a lot more complicated, and way more disturbing.  With this fourth post, we enter a zone where unknown groups are using unknown technology for unknown reasons.  Human history is pretty clear on this much: that is almost never a good thing.

To summarize: a great majority of crop signs are clearly hoaxes, a large minority are truly impressive and at the very least exceptionally complex hoaxes, and a small fraction of them are truly f***ing weird.  We’re going to cover all three kinds here today.

The Face: Ooooh, Freaky

Chilbolton face crop sign brainsturbatorLike I mentioned in the previous post, there was another “crop circle” at Chilbolton in 2001.  It’s a face, but beyond that it’s pretty much a Rorschach ink blot: what you “see” really says more about you than it does about the image.  For instance, to Richard Hoagland, it’s clearly the “Face on Mars” at Cydonia. To Laura Knight-Jaczydyk, it’s clearly the face of the Earth Mother Goddess. Both of them have proven their case, at least to their own satisfaction.

The most signifigant aspect of this crop sign is the complexity of it. This is a rather difficult design to execute, and by all accounts this was executed quickly.  The half-tone pattern is signifigant because it will appear again in 2002.

East Kennett crop sign brainsturbatorSo were there warmups to the Chilbolton face?  Similiar techniques being practiced on a smaller scale?  Yes.  For starters, there was the July 2000 East Kennet formation, pictured to the left, which was next to a big “heart” shape—take a look at this gallery page—which uses halftone to great and complex effect.  Several researchers have counted nearly 1,600 individual “tufted” squares in this formation, so this either involves a large team, or a form of technology that’s being kept fairly well hidden.

Now, wether it’s hidden because of active efforts to supress it, or just because I’m an ignorant hippie who’s not up on the latest microwave laser 3-D printing techniques—the jury is still out.  (There is a Brainsturbator series on the way about what’s involved with actually making your own crop signs, because that’s a pretty hip accessory for the Cult Leader of today.)

The Face II: Okay, That’s Actually Pretty Freaky

Fast forward to 2002 and pause a second to fixate on the dates here.  In 2000, the first—and f***ing beautiful—symbol appears at Chilbolton on August 13th.  A year later, the Arecibo Response glyph shows up on August 14th, and then six days later the first Face appears.  Then in 2002, on August 15th we get another Face, this one even more complex (and interesting).

Thanks to “time”, we have the luxury of checking for further patters: after all, it’s 2006.  Were there signifigant crop signs in 2003-2005 on August 16th, 17th, and 18th?  Unless I’m missing something—no. There have been a number of truly amazing crop signs since 2002, of course—many of them in August—but this procession of dates appears to come to a halt in 2002.

The closest thing to a Crop Circle Timeline we’ve been able to find is Lucy Pringle’s gallery page, which is orgnanized chronologically and quite well done.  (I’ve stolen dozens of images from there, what higher praise can I offer?)

The Disc and the Code

What’s especially cool about this crop sign is that there’s a code contained in it. The disc being held up by the alien critter?  That’s actually a binary sequence that spirals out from the center.

This leads to a rather weird message:

Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. EELRIJUE. There is GOOD out there. We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING

EELRIJUE? What?  Interpretations differ here, because that section of the code is apparently weather damaged.  (Or, someone has a sense of humor.) Not surprisingly, a great many crop circle ET believers have interpreted that “damaged” word to be “BELIEVE”.

I suspect that EELRIJUE could be relevant to another layer of code contained in the message, since random words are capitalized in the sentences, and most importantly, “COndiut” and “OPpose” are arbitrarily capitalized in various translations.  There are a disturbing variety of interpretations to the code, “disturbing” because if there is a second layer of meaning, the precise sequence is critical.  With that in mind, Brainsturbator does offer the entire message in it’s original binary format right here. (You can also get it here.)

Or you know what?  It could just be a mistake.  We all make them, including the folks who do crop signs.  (Check out this hilarious example.)

KEEP DIGGING. For a more detailed look at the code and how to decipher it, begin here. Researcher Paul Vigay also has an interesting analysis/exploration here. A great article by Dr. Eltjo Haselhoff (he concludes it’s a hoax) is available here.

Also Strange: Circlemakers a Month Later

In September of 2002, the Circlemakers did a corporate crop sign for Orange, a UK telecommunications company.  Four identical crop signs appeared through out the UK—although 2 were in the same field—all bearing the new logo of Orange’s new service: photo messaging via cell phones.  So at the very least this indicates a reliable protocol for creating identical crop signs to a high degree of accuracy, and doing so quickly.  (As a side note, the partisan lack of co-operation between “hoaxers” like Circlemakers and “believers” is hilarious and depressing.)

Also Also Strange: Mel F***ing Gibson

Mel Gibson Signs brainsturbatorWorth at least considering: August of 2002 also saw the premiere of a movie called Signs.  You might be familiar with it—you may even be unfortunate enough to have actually seen it.  The film centers around ominous crop circle phenomena right before an alien invasion, and it was written and directed by the very interesting Hollywood weirdo M. Night Shamalyan.

Shamalyan’s film follow a rather interesting progression: his debut, The Sixth Sense, introduced the movie-going public to the notion they could easily be dead and not know it.  Then he followed up with Unbreakable, planting the notion that we’re all much more powerful than we could imagine.  So to follow that up with Signs is most interesting, and any scholar of Masonic initiation might be raising their eyebrows, too, at this third step.  Especially considering his fourth film, The Village, focuses on a quaint 17th century New England town that turns out to be an elaborate control system with an entire “real world” outside of it.  This is a microcosm of Vallee’s thesis that humanity is subject to a mostly invisible “Control System” for purposes unknown.  Or, if you prefer, a microcosm of Charles Fort’s classic creepy conclusion: “The Earth is a farm. We are someone else’s property”.

I’m not implying that Shamalyan is part of some vast conspiracy, or even that he has “inside knowledge” in any traditional sense.  (After all, his fifth film, Lady in the Water, seems to be communicating something like “Please help me, I’m out ideas and using too much cocaine.”) Then again, he does have inside information in the same way you or I do: in the act of creativity, we tend to pick up on unexplainably prophetic or signifigant details.  Artists are “tuned in” to a channel nobody can really understand or explain right now: consider the debut episode of “The Lone Gunmen” coming out before 9-11, the Coup album cover showing the explosion on the upper floors of the World Trade Center, and all the ATF training manuals showing a target scope superimposed over the WTC.  In a way, the existence of a huge conspiracy would frankly be a relief, because if there isn’t one—and there probably ain’t—then we all have abilities we cannot explain, abilities that very few humans ever take seriously enough to develop and understand.

Closing Words

Here’s a great quote by crop sign researcher Paul Vigay, whose writing on this topic is consistently dope—you can find more here and here—that sums up the Brainsturbator approach perfectly:

I hope this brief article has given you some food for thought and perhaps helped trigger some other thought processes inside your brain. I hope to expand on a number of the ideas and theories shared here, but in the meantime, wanted to write something quickly in order to put down some of my initial thoughts and ideas regarding this particular formation. It may not be from what I could call the ‘genuine circlemakers’, but none the less, I’m sure it has a wealth of new knowledge it can teach us - if we remain open-minded and enquiring.

You know what I love about this site?

Your ability to dance around possibility without defining IS or IS NOT.

It is truely a learning experience. I’m finding myself—just by reading your articles, I haven’t read anything from the library yet…—thinking in increasingly more observant and open ways.

While all the time, keeping my chin up and remembering not to get too caught up in this veil of the Maya. Pessimism for sissies indeed!

Relating to this article, I found EELRIJUE especially funny.

Dang, thank you.  That is more or less exactly the line I’m trying to walk, so I couldn’t ask for better feedback than that.  Here’s hoping I can keep it up without succumbing to my own bullshit too much, eh?

    cheers

    EVER THINK ABOUT THIS?

I’m kinda skeptical of most crop circles ... but if we assume they are generated by exotic technology, and by alien beings, And that there are SIGNIFICANT chemical, genetic and growth changes shown to be present in ‘genuine’ Crop Circles.

    THINK About It ...
After these crop circles get harvested
they GO INTO OUR FOOD SUPPLY.

If you’ve ever eaten some imported wheat crackers or muselli cereal from Europe ... you may have eaten a crop circle!

For the residents of europe and high-density circle-forming areas, it’s probable that almost everyone has ingested at least some portion of food that was part of a Crop Circle.

Given the fact that genetically modified foods have been shown to have (currently) unpredictable effects on the human body ... this is weird. Could genes or novel metabolic byproduct compounds be inserted into us through ‘crop circle modified’ food products?

    Just a thought ...

    Great article, as usual.

There’s a couple of small mistakes in it:

“To Laura Knight-Jaczydyk, it’s clearly the face of the Earth Mother Goddess.” The link points right back to this page rather than to some article.

“Here’s a great quote by crop sign researcher Paul Vigay, whose writing on this topic is consistently dope—you can find more here and here”

No hyperlinks in here and here.

To deepen the mystery there is a Russian site where a Christmas message appeared in December of 2005.

    “Yes.....

    I exist.

    In the flesh.

    For real.

I am much like all of you. I look like anyone of you.

But I have one thing over you all.....it is the spiritual connection
    to the Father in heaven.

This is what makes Me different from all of You.

The Father has only spoken to Me once, but it was enough.

I am trying to uncover the mystery....

    The Holy Tree of Life

I am amongst the wolves of this age.

I continue forward despite the hardship of the fangs of the wolves.
And they are everywhere or seemingly so.

Rejoice in christmas. It is a time for celebration and for togetherness.

No that Lord Jesus Christ was a real man upon this Earth.
He lives...and he is with those who carry the emblem of the Star of David upon
    their ships of Glory.

Yes, they are the circle makers.

Glory Be To God On High

God is everywhere and within everything.

Beware the bearers of false gifts, and they are everywhere oh children of this world.

Trust not those who claim they know things of this universe and claim that nothing of
    the ancients is of use.

For the ancients knew more than those of today.

People of this age, who are true and just, of a minority.
People who follow the beast are in abundance.
For the word beast means just that.
The mark of the beast, is a measure of spiritual and intellectual awareness.
Those with the mark have not understood themselves in this universe.
They have ignored that which would integrate them much more deepling into the universe.

    Amen

^^Yeah, this kind of “coat-tailing” is very common with UFO phenomena providing an opening for people to attach (really very weak) New Age material which is basically identical to the past few centuries of “channeled” material—thanks very much for the update, all threads are interesting in this line of work.

There’s only a mystery about crop circles if you need there to be one. There are chemical changes that man cant make. The way the crops are placed is beyond mans ability. And the perfection of the geometry cannot be done by humans in one night, as these are.

Whats the mystery? Man can’t make these. He can make bad copies that may fool those that wish to be fooled, but he cannot make a crop circle comparable to a real one.

The issue is actually already settled for those who have had a chance to know crop circles for some time now.

Just about everything that goes on in the world is there to fool you into submission to the NWO. Any propaganda that tries to cloud the issue of crop circles being made by Extraterrestrials is there to confuse you, so you do not accept the connection with your brothers and sisters of the stars.

Remember, man cannot make these. Not without many obvious signs of human hands that real ones do not have.

I know I posted a few things on this internet so to speak about who and what I am.

The crop circles are here to draw Me out into this world.
Despite things, I continue to forge ahead.

“Eelrijue” is a name given to the one with whom “they” wish to address.

Yes, I exist. Simply and plainfully. I have been upon this world since 1971. I am young in the eyes as in the heart.

I am undergoing a great challenge in my hopes to bridge the way for all to the greater existence universally.

Think I am kidding? Nope. Never have been. Since being ‘initiated’, I have tried to focus my energies and spirit towards the world in hopes that people will awaken.

The Times of The Book of Revelation is upon you all.

    Prepare.

circle2012dreams will give you heads up.

Angels are already here in hiding and waiting. They are conveying a sense upon this world to get ready for great upheaval and change.

    It’s all true.

    Revelation is underway.

I am EELRIJUE, chosen “ANGEL” to become the world AVATAR.
I am 35 years old, and I am one of them since birth.
I am caucasian. I am tall, and I am knowing of things universally.

I will RULE this world, so be it to bring about a new age.

    I did make you laugh?
    That’s okay, I understand.
    Nothing to fear though.
It’s not easy being the ‘One’ to gain great and ancient universal knowledge of the universe.

The crop circles have helped greatly and also the pyramids of Giza.

The Holy Tree of Life is nearly complete.

“He who overcomes will have access to the Tree of Life”
    “Admist the throne of God”
“The Lamb was Slain” (Me, I was told of the future cataclysm/rapture)

It’s been a tough road, sacrificing for an entire race of people on this world to achieve greater and even more greater insight of the universe.

The Holy Tree of Life is ZPE, zero point energy machine which is using PHI or the pentagram, hence the pyramids, in which is vibrates and basically turns nothing into something.
It will create life, if programmed to the PHI. For DNA, it will evolve. Thus, a person undergoing transformation through the Tree of Life, will gain another strand plus active the remaining 44 codons. Hence, the Great Pyramid of Gize, shows ‘440’ at it’s base. It is really describing ‘44’ codons.

This knowledge was left for this race, by the prior race of humans, who experienced the Great Flood in Biblical Times. These people were transformed into Super Humans.
